About Ritoque
You can kite in Punta Piedra (in front of the big island), where you have left and right handed waves, that break fast so you can have maybe 1 or 2 turns. A little bit up north (500 meters), there is a flat water lagoon, next to a bridge, sometimes have a lot of water and sometimes just a little bit. A little bit more north from that (500 meters more), you have the best freestyle spot in the area. It's a lagoon protected by small dunes. The track is long, but you kite next to the train rails, so is a experts spot only.
