With a car: From Tokyo take the Higashi Kanto express way. At the Mijanogi Junction change in direction of Chiba. At Chiba-Hihashi junction change in direction of Togane. At Togane, leave the Highway and take the 126. Go strait east to the beach. A car with GPS is highly recommended when driving in Japan.
