About Punta La Gringa
There are two options at this spot. With the winds out of the NNE you can kite outside of the sand spit with side on winds. It's flat water but no butter. To get the butter you want to kite inside the spit. The winds there will be sideoff but blowing towards the mainland. So if you can't stay up wind you will end up in town at Quiermos. Be prepared for a sketchy landing as the power lines run right on the beach.
