At a very low tide there are a few small areas with very shallow and or exposed rocks but most of the bay is sand and sea grass where shallow. And in the deeper water, no hazards. No crowds, big shallow bay with flat water on the inside with waves on the outside on one half and flat water with small inside waves inside and out on the other half.

Take a van or rent a motor bike and drive NE from El Nido past the turn for Bucana then continue around to the SE past the turn for San Fernando toward Sibaltan to Qi Palawan Kite and Yoga Resort located directly on the beach just between San Fernando and Sibaltan. Approximate travel time from El Nido = 50 min. Road condition as of 1/1/13 = paved from El Nido approximately 1/3 of the way to Qi Palawan Resort, then smooth gravel with a few short rougher sections. Free transport for hotel guests.
