Head west on hwy 104, turn right immediately after crossing the bridge, turn right onto Paradise Bay Road. Go up the big hill and as you get down towards the bottom of the hill on the other side turn right on to Seven Sisters Road. Follow the road down to the end and you'll find a small parking area. Park and walk up the beach to the sand spit.
