Unfortunately, the only airport in Bohol is the international airport in Panglao, which is about a two hour drive from Anda. On the other hand, if you make the effort to get to Anda, you'll won't be in a super touristy area and you'll get a much better experience of Bohol. Actually, driving to Anda from Panglao or Tagbilaran City is very easy and you'll follow the coast the whole time. All you have to do is take the Bohol Circumferential Road on the Southern side of Bohol heading east, then turn right onto Anda Provincial Road once you see the sign for Anda. If you don't have your own transportation, any of the resorts can arrange a van to pick you up.
